To extend the Marico Innovation Foundation’s catalytic approach towards Innovation, it organised two ‘Innovation Workshop for Social Enterprises’ in Mumbai and Bangalore in August and October 2010. The purpose of these workshops was to enable social organizations to apply Innovation as a key tool to significantly increase their social impact and scale programs. The 3-day workshops focussed on innovation tools, knowledge sharing from successful case studies, addressing primary challenges in applying innovation and helping social enterprises identify and put together an innovative roadmap to scale up and create greater impact.
